About Our Program

Health care organizations need effective process improvement tools and methods to break out of their current state and drive to zero harm. Robust Process Improvement — blending Lean, Six Sigma, and change management — is a potent set of improvement tools that can help navigate the complex safety and quality problems within health care’s rapidly changing landscape.

For High Reliability Organizations, quality and safety are the responsibility of every employee. Arming your staff with highly effective ways to solve problems gives them some of what they need to exercise that responsibility.
