What is a Facilitated High Reliability Maturity Assessment?

The ORO 2.0 Tool

ORO 2.0 is an online application that enables organizations to assess their current state in the domains of Leadership, Safety Culture, and Robust Process Improvement on the journey toward high reliability and the goal of zero harm in healthcare. The assessment, comprising of fourteen performance areas, aids organizations in determining their maturity level (beginning, developing, advancing, approaching) in each domain. The tool is used as part of a facilitated organizational assessment to assist in the development of action plans for improvement.
