In the Office
Employees with health care experience work in the central office in Oak Brook, Illinois, USA, in accreditation and certification operations, performance measurement/standards, or business development and external relations divisions. Non-health care related positions may include: marketing, publishing, education, communications, IT (information technology), finance, and administration.
In the Field
Experienced health care professionals conduct surveys in a variety of settings throughout the world. All field positions require travel.
These candidates will attend a training session consisting of online learning modules, face-to-face training, and precepted surveys. Candidates must have access to the Internet to complete the modules prior to attending the face-to-face training.
