Ms. Wilson has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry and is the president and chief executive officer of Joint Commission Resources (JCR) and its international division, Joint Commission International (JCI).
Dr. Chang is Vice President of Accreditation, Standards, and Measurement. In this capacity, he leads a global team of talented and dedicated accreditation professionals to serve health care organizations throughout the world.
Dr. Zohdy is Vice President of Global Consulting Services and is responsible for all aspects of JCR and JCI consulting, helping health care organizations in the U.S. and in more than 100 countries to achieve excellence in quality and patient safety.
The JCI Board of Directors is comprised of a skilled group of health care experts and business executives who work to ensure the success of JCI, today and in the years to come.

Regional Advisory Councils
JCI has three regional advisory councils: Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa. These councils work with ministries of health, international health care organizations, public health agencies, governmental agencies, and others to evaluate and improve the quality and safety of patient care throughout each region.
With over 30 years of experience in health care, Ms. Kaufield oversees JCI consulting and education services with past or present projects in over 90 countries.
Dr. Ismail is a physician with 20 years of international experience and is currently the managing director of the Middle East office located in Dubai.
Ms. Chang is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with Asia-Pacific health care organizations, ministries of health, government and international aid agencies, leading academic medical centers and hospitals.
