Ms. Sheila O'Leary led her organization through successful Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation surveys from initial survey to re-survey for over 15 years. She has supported and guided organizations internationally through survey preparation and in maintaining continuous quality improvement and patient safety. She is passionate about the practical implementation of practice and process to embed high quality, evidence-based patient care.

Ms. O'Leary has a strong international consulting background having presented at conferences and participated in practicum in the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. Her international consulting experience includes Europe, Asia, Americas, and the Middle East.
