Joint Commission International reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program must be cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded in full to each registrant. You may verify current program status on our website or by calling JCI Customer Service at +1.770.238.0454.  Neither Joint Commission International nor The Joint Commission is responsible for a registrant's travel expenses in the event a program is cancelled. Participants are encouraged to purchase refundable tickets in case a program is cancelled or rescheduled. Participants should also be aware that most airline tickets, including nonrefundable or discounted tickets, can be reissued within one year from the date the original ticket was issued.

Due to the high volume of interested participants and our limited enrollment capacity, enrollment can only be accepted and confirmed after JCI has received all forms and payments. Forms and payments submitted after our capacity has been reached will not be honored. Please do not make travel or hotel arrangements until your enrollment has been confirmed.

Proforma invoice is not a confirmation of enrollment. Participants listed on the proforma invoice are not registered. Many organizations require a proforma invoice before they will process payment. Refunds and Exchanges

Joint Commission International reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program must be cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded in full to each registrant. Wire transfer registration closes three weeks before the start of the program. Wire transfers often involve processing by several intermediary banks, which can take as long as two weeks. Since JCI must receive course fees prior to enrolling participants, the wire transfer option closes three weeks prior to the start of the program.

The submission of wire transfer forms and/or payment does not guarantee your registration. Due to the high volume of interested participants and our limited enrollment capacity, enrollment can only be accepted and confirmed after JCI has received all forms and payments. Forms and payments submitted after our capacity has been reached will not be honored. Please do not make travel or hotel arrangements until your enrollment has been confirmed.

Proforma invoice is not a confirmation of enrollment. Participants listed on the proforma invoice are not registered. Many organizations require a proforma invoice before they will process payment. JCI practicum participants are only registered once JCI has received payment, assuming space is still available.

JCI cannot register participants without payment. JCI will not be able to reserve seats prior to receiving payment. Your place in the practicum is only assured after JCI receives your enrollment fee, assuming space is still available.
