JCI PCI Chapter Workshop: Navigating Key Concepts

This workshop will help you better understand the key concepts and terminology related to infection prevention and control in healthcare. This knowledge will help you develop your own training materials, conduct your own assessments and inspections, participate in interviews and focus groups related to infection prevention, drive performance improvement using JCI indicators of quality for infection prevention, lead programs for patients at risk for infections, empower employees to be champions of infection control.

Road to JCI Accreditation and Beyond

This practical and informative education program will provide you with examples and useful tips to help your organization prepare for your first or triennial JCIA survey.

This face-to-face program will be offered in Chicago and Prague. Participants have the option to choose between 2-day, 3-day, or 5-day learning experiences, covering topics such as Accreditation Fundamentals, Implementation, Quality and Patient Safety (QPS), and Facilities Management and Safety (FMS).

Advanced Practices in Quality Management and Patient Safety

Advanced Practices in Quality Management and Patient Safety is taught by skilled JCI experts who utilize various teaching methods such as problem-solving activities, experiential learning, case-based scenarios, and knowledge checks. This program is designed to enhance your quality and patient safety skills, build your capabilities, and provide you with tools to improve the performance of your organization. This program is conducted over a 10-week period that includes live classroom sessions with self-paced learning. Each live session will be recorded and uploaded for those who miss a session.
