JCI Accredited Organizations Resource Center to Close
All resources for accredited organizations to be moved to JCI Direct Connect in December 2013.
Joint Commission International (JCI) has announced that JCI Direct Connect, its exclusive customer portal, will be the only home for its growing lists of publications, tools, and other accreditation-related resources for its accredited customers when JCI closes its Accredited Organizations Resource Center in December 2013
When that transition is finished, JCI Direct Connect will be the site accredited organizations can access any of the following resources:
E-App, JCI’s electronic applications tool
Current accreditation manuals and survey process guides (in English)
JCI’s Library of Measures
JCI’s Gold Seal
A collection of compliance-and performance improvement–related e-books, white papers, and other publications
All accredited organizations will receive further updates and instructions soon, but all organizations, particularly those that have not yet accessed JCI Direct Connect, are strongly recommended to visit the site as soon as possible. CEOs and survey coordinators for all accredited and applicant organizations were sent user names and passwords via email in April 2013.
If you have your user name and password from the April e-mail, go to JCI Direct Connect at https://customer.jointcommissioninternational.org, enter the user name and password in the appropriate boxes, and enter the site.
