JCI President and CEO Paula Wilson will present the opening plenary session at Hospital Management Asia (HMA) 2018. “Are we overbuilding?” will take place at the start of the conference on Thursday, 13 September, 9:15 – 9:50 a.m.
Ms. Wilson will also host the perennially popular JCI CEO Forum on Thursday, 13 September, 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. This year’s theme, “Integrated care: Is your hospital future-ready?” will feature a panel of distinguished speakers from the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

JCI Vice President of Accreditation, Standards, and Measurement Paul Chang will also speak at HMA 2018. Dr. Chang ‘s session “How facilities design affects patient safety and quality” will address what constitutes a sustainable health care facility that can positively impact improved patient outcomes.
