Ms. Dai has full knowledge of various quality and safety standards. Led and contributed in the achievement of Joint Commission International Accreditation, National Hospital Accreditation, ISO17025, ISO15189, CAP, WHO/SIDCER-FERCAP within the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University (SAHZU). She has experience teaching hospital leaders, quality managers, hospital internal auditors in over 30 provinces in China. Training expertise includes science and practice of quality management, development and implementation strategies of quality improvement plans, evaluation methods of hospital system, risk management, environment of care, patient safety culture, quality measurement and data analysis tools.
Ms. Dai has established relationships in more than 200 hospitals throughout China, helping management achieve up to date information with regards to quality science and practice. Selected as principal standards maker of National Accreditation, trainer of National Accreditation Surveyors, and experienced on-site survey in a variety of districts throughout China.
Ms. Dai authored and contributed to 23 academic articles, 6 books, and 4 research projects on the subject of health care quality management. The hospital evaluation methodology project won the “Science and Technology Innovation Award” from the China Hospital Association.

Founding Quality Director and the Accreditation Office Director, Coordinated SAHZU,a Top-Ranked hospital in China, become a JCI accredited Academic Center in 2013. Oversee and assisted the SAHZU-Affiliated Jiande hospital receive JCI Accreditation in 2015
Principal Quality Improvement Coordinator at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University, Facilitated the Hospital becoming the first JCI accredited Chinese public hospital in 2006, and passing the JCI re-accreditation In 2009
Provided assistance to hospitals achieve JCI accreditation for more than 10 hospitals all over China
