Dr. Zakaria Zaki Al-Attal is an expert in implementing and introducing quality concepts in organizations through managing different challenges to enhance the quality of health care services. He is the director of quality and senior advisor at Emirates Health Services (EHS). He oversees the quality, patient safety, performance and data management, accreditation and patient experience programs of the 17 hospitals and 80 ambulatory and primary health care centers. Zakaria serves as senior consultant for the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) - UAE. Before these roles, Zakaria served as a director of clinical quality and health care accreditation at MOHAP and the director of quality and performance management at Dubai Health Authority (DHA-HSS). Dr. Al Attal is a certified professional in quality management in healthcare (CPHQ) and patient safety (CPPS) and patient experience (CPXP). Dr. Al-Attal has consulted in The Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Africa.
