JCI Chicago Practicum Now Taking Reservations

The most successful healthcare organizations use a series of powerful quality improvement tools to drive their patient safety and accreditation processes.  This year’s Joint Commission International Chicago Practicum, scheduled for 15–19 June 2009 in downtown Chicago will train participants to use specific and practical tools to build more robust, patient-safe organizations.  Join JCI’s expert faculty, as they lead small workshops, lectures, and discussions that will train you to use these tools in your organization.  The practicum will teach participants how to:
• See hidden waste, danger, and inefficiency
• Learn from your patient’s experience
• Discover the most efficient way to deploy your resources
• Use data driven decision making
• Correct threats and failures before they happen
• Explore how failure mode effects analysis can help uncover threats to patient safety before they occur.

Reservations are being taken now. Because of this program's workshop and small group format, enrollment will be strictly limited to 60 registrants. Click here for more information or to enroll. See photos of the 2008 Chicago Practicum by clicking here.
