How do I use the language selector?
When you visit www.jointcommissioninternational.org you may select a language from the drop down list at the top of the page. Or you may select the "remember me" check box on the language selector page. The "remember me" option is a cookie that lasts for 30 days. If you have made a wrong selection you can delete the cookie from your browser or select a the correct language from the drop down each time you visit the site until the cookie expires.
Where do I search for products?
There are 2 options:
1. Use the search box. You can search for a product name, item number or enter a product description in the search box in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Browse Product and Services page. Product features for each product type are listed. You can also click to see all of a specific product type such as books.
How do I purchase products?

Where can I browse your product catalog?
You can browse by visiting our "Products and Services" home page where all our product categories are listed, including featured products and links to view all of a particluar category.
I am an Accredited Organization, how do I log into the secured area?
Simply click the link at the very top of the page called "Login" to enter your user name and password or visit the Accreditation and Certification section of the website to access the Resource Center.
How do I find content, such as articles, white papers, etc.?
Browse through our Quality and Safety Risk Areas section for helpful information on accreditation and certification preparation, environment of care, infection prevention and control, patient safety and medication safety.
How do I find out what is happening in various regions of the globe?
Visit our Regional Office section of the website where you can learn firsthand from our Managing Directors in the field. Our Managing Directors will be writing to you every month about trends and issues happening in the region.
How do I contact someone from JCI?
Our contact information is conveniently located in one place by clicking the "Contact JCI" link in the upper right hand corner of our website.
