Option 1: Register via Wire Transfer
To register using a wire transfer, please contact JCI’s registration team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wire transfer registration closes three weeks before the start of the program. Wire transfers often involve processing by several intermediary banks, which can take as long as two weeks. Since JCI must receive course fees prior to enrolling participants, the wire transfer option closes three weeks prior to the start of the program.
The submission of wire transfer forms and/or payment does not guarantee your registration. Due to the high volume of interested participants and our limited enrollment capacity, enrollment can only be accepted and confirmed after JCI has received all forms and payments. Forms and payments submitted after our capacity has been reached will not be honored. Please do not make travel or hotel arrangements until your enrollment has been confirmed.
Proforma invoice is not a confirmation of enrollment. Participants listed on the proforma invoice are not registered. Many organizations require a proforma invoice before they will process payment. JCI practicum participants are only registered once JCI has received payment, assuming space is still available.
JCI cannot register participants without payment. JCI will not be able to reserve seats prior to receiving payment. Your place in the practicum is only assured after JCI receives your enrollment fee, assuming space is still available.
Option 2: Register via Credit Card
Registering via credit card is an easy way to enroll in the JCI Practicum. To register via credit card, please use JCI's online registration system.
Payments submitted by check take up to 14 days to process. If you are registering for a program less than 14 days away, please pay with a credit card or your registration may not be received in time and your seat may not be reserved.
Pay by Check or Wire Transfer
All Joint Commission Resources products require pre-payment. For your convenience, if you do not have a credit card available, we offer a sales quote/proforma invoice option to assist with initiating your payment.
To take advantage of this option:
Choose your item(s) and add them to your shopping cart. Select "Proceed to Secure Checkout or Create Proforma Invoice."
Enter your billing and shipping details. Select "Continue."
The next screen will be a full summary of your order.
On the bottom right, there is a section titled "Create Proforma Invoice."
Click the "Proforma Invoice" button. (See image below.)
Within 5 minutes, a sales quote will be sent to your email address with details about how to complete a check or wire transfer payment.
