Regional Advisory Councils

Joint Commission International has three regional advisory councils: Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa.

These councils include key stakeholders whose charge is to facilitate JCI’s awareness and understanding of important regional health care quality, patient safety, health financing, and health policy issues, and cultural needs and requirements. The councils meet annually to discuss and provide feedback on key initiatives. For a complete list of members in each region, please click on the following links:

Accreditation standards, policies, procedures and evaluation methods evolve and change on a continuous basis. Thus, JCI makes a significant investment in keeping our consultants, surveyors and accreditation partners up to date through continuous education and re-training. Please note that only those individuals and partners specifically referenced or listed on the JCI web site have benefited from this continuous education process.
