Delivering safe, high-quality health care is a challenge for any organization. The practicum has been designed to provide you with the best practices, standards, and processes you need to deliver the gold-standard of care. This interactive seminar will help you achieve your goals by discussing JCI’s accreditation standards and the best practices you can use in your organization to help meet them.
 
You will learn everything you need to achieve your accreditation and safety goals through sessions such as:
 
 

• The JCI Process: Learn the intricacies of the JCI process, from the first steps that every organization must complete to the last stages of the accreditation decision. 
• JCI Evaluation Methodologies: Learn how JCI evaluates organizational compliance, and how you can use these tools to enhance the quality of care you provide.
• Five Steps for Continual Improvement: Learn the five steps that high-functioning organizations use to successfully drive their continuous improvement process.

Expires September 15.  Please note that the entire enrollment and payment process must be completed by this date.  The regular fee must be paid for enrollments completed after this date.

Enrollee Requirements
JCI educational programs are open to employees of health care organizations that are seeking or considering seeking JCI accreditation.  JCI reserves the right to remove participants who do not meet these criteria at any time.
 
Refunds and Exchanges
JCI regrets that we cannot accommodate refund requests.  JCI is happy to transfer registrations to other members of an organization.  Unused registrations cannot be applied to other JCI programs or services.

Registering via credit card is the easiest way to enroll in the JCI Practicum.  To register via credit card, please use JCI's online registration system.

  
 

Option 2: Register via Wire Transfer

Wire transfer registration closes three weeks before the start of the program.  Wire transfers often involve processing by several intermediary banks, which can take as long as two weeks.  Since JCI must receive course fees prior to enrolling participants, the wire transfer option closes three weeks prior to the start of the program. 
 
The submission of wire transfer forms and/or payment does not guarantee your registration.  Due to the high volume of interested participants and our limited enrollment capacity, enrollment can only be accepted and confirmed after JCI has received all forms and payments.  Forms and payments submitted after our capacity has been reached will not be honored.  Please do not make travel or hotel arrangements until your enrollment has been confirmed. 
 
Pro Forma invoice is not a confirmation of enrollment.  Participants listed on the pro-forma invoice are not registered.  Many organizations require a pro-forma invoice before they will process payment.  JCI practicum participants are only registered once JCI has received payment, assuming space is still available. 
 
JCI cannot register participants without payment.  JCI will not be able to reserve seats prior to receiving payment.  Your place in the practicum is only assured after JCI receives your enrollment fee, assuming space is still available.
