The policy workshop can be conveniently and effectively combined with the Quality Improvement and Management Workshop, if desired. Off-site follow-up on specific related topics can also be arranged, based on your staff ’s needs. Your JCI consultant will advise you on how your organization can get the most from this workshop, including when to schedule it and how to take advantage of follow-up assistance.
