Seoul Accreditation Preparation Program, Doha Practicum Scheduled
Joint Commission International (JCI) is offering a four-day program to prepare health care organizations for JCI accreditation 28 September–1 October 2010 in Seoul, Republic of Korea and a five-day practicum in Doha, Qatar 7–11 November 2010.
Both events have been designed to provide participants with the best practices, standards, and processes needed to deliver the gold standard of care. These interactive seminars will help organizations achieve their patient-safety and performance goals by learning and discussing JCI’s accreditation standards and the best practices to use in their organization to help meet them.
Highlights of the program and practicum include the following:
► The JCI Process. Learn the intricacies of the JCI accreditation process, from the first steps that every organization must complete
to the last stages of the accreditation decision.
► JCI Evaluation Methodologies. Learn how JCI evaluates organizational compliance, and how you can use these tools to enhance
the quality of care you provide.
► Five Steps for Continual Improvement. Learn the five steps that high-functioning organizations use to successfully drive their
continuous improvement process.
