Joint Commission International Web Site

Joint Commission International has introduced its new Web site, featuring more and stronger content, greater searchability, and simpler overall navigation. Highlights include:
     • A new Quality and Safety Risk Areas section, with information on how JCI’s expertise extends beyond accreditation
     • The latest issues and trends in JCI’s key practice areas, including Accreditation and Certification, Infection Prevention and 
       Control, Patient Safety, Medication Safety, and Facility Management
     • A new Regional Offices page. JCI has regional offices in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. These offices work with 
       Ministries of Health, international health care organizations, public health agencies, governmental agencies, and others to
       evaluate and improve the quality and safety of patient care throughout each region.
