JCI’s Platinum Customer Program
Some of Joint Commission International’s (JCI’s) best customers are enjoying the rewards of their association with JCI.
JCI’s new Platinum Customer Program honors its most loyal patrons of JCI’s education, publications, and consulting resources by giving those customers additional free resources. Started in Fall 2009, the Platinum Customer Program offers members the following privileges:
► A dedicated customer service representative to meet their product ordering needs, such as assistance with ordering publications,
manuals, periodicals, education registrations, or electronic software products.
► A voucher for one free registration to any one of the 5 conferences in 2010
► Several free JCI books
► A membership card
