Health Care Informed (HCI)
Established in 2005, HCI of Ireland is a key support organization in Ireland for accreditation, quality and patient safety development. HCI has worked with the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua), the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA), as well as numerous direct care providers to support the quality and patient safety agenda. HCI will assist JCI to further enhance quality and patient safety in Ireland's health care organizations, and maximize the benefit of JCI accreditation and related services.  Progea S.r.l. is a leading international consulting firm based in Italy. In 2009, JCI began working with act Management Consulting GmbH (act MC), a leading Austrian management consulting firm based in Vienna. act MC was founded in 2003 and provides services to the Top 500 companies in Austria, as well as clients in the public sector. JCI and act MC offer joint consulting and training for health care professionals and decision makers in Austria. By working together, JCI and act MC strive to improve the quality of care in Austria's health care organizations, as well as establish national and regional quality assurance systems, and support innovations in patient safety.
