OVERVIEW OF WHAT'S NEW
Attend this year's conference for a preview of all the new and updated JCI standards and manuals -- presented by the actual authors who will guide you in their interpretation and implementation.  This year's Executive Briefings is your only opportunity to learn about all the updates and changes to the JCI accreditation process and certification program and prepare your organization for meeting the new expectations.  It is also the first time attendees will have an opportunity to participate in detailed discussion of the new Primary Care Standards.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

REGISTRATION OPTION 1:
A credit card is the preferred form of payment and is an easy way to enroll.  

REGISTRATION OPTION 2:
Please contact JCI's registration team at JCIcustomerservice@pbd.com to register via wire transfer. 

Wire transfer registration closes three weeks before the start of the program.  Wire transfers often involve processing by several intermediary banks, which can take as long as two weeks.  Since JCI must receive registration fees prior to enrolling participants, the wire transfer option closes three weeks prior to the start of the program. 
 
The submission of wire transfer forms and/or payment does not guarantee your registration.  Due to the high volume of interested participants and our limited enrollment capacity, enrollment can only be accepted and confirmed after JCI has received all forms and payments.  Forms and payments submitted after our capacity has been reached will not be honored.  Please do not make travel or hotel arrangements until your enrollment has been confirmed. 
 
Pro Forma invoice is not a confirmation of enrollment.  Participants listed on the pro-forma invoice are not registered.  Many organizations require a pro-forma invoice before they will process payment.  JCI Executive Briefings participants are only registered once JCI has received payment, assuming space is still available. 
 
JCI cannot register participants without payment.  JCI will not be able to reserve seats prior to receiving payment.  Your place in the practicum is only assured after JCI receives your enrollment fee, assuming space is still available. 
    
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
JCI is happy to transfer registrations to another member of an organization.  Unused registrations cannot be applied to other JCI programs or services.

ENROLLEE REQUIREMENTS
JCI Executive Briefings are open to employees of JCI accredited health care organizations or are in the accreditation process.  JCI reserves the right to remove participants who do not meet these criteria at any time.
